I have three options for coaching with me:

6 weeks- This package is for those that need to fine tune a few things, need a sounding board for a particular decision, relationship or life change.

12 weeks- This package is for those that need to discover what is holding them back from taking action, getting out of a "Funk", acquire tools for better relationships and create new habits such as morning routine, scheduling and meal prepping.

24 weeks-  My favorite package is the 24 week. It is for those that understand accountability is key. While we go over everything that my 6 and 12 week programs entail, my 24 week package create space for us to walk together for prolonged amount of time that creates strong habits to form. We are now becoming a culture that sees the value in having a coach, which leads me to asking you what would your life look like if you and I could gather for an hour each week and go over your life (body, soul and spirit), relationships and goals?
